Year 11 Photography GCSE

The theme for my coursework book in year 11 was journeys.
I made a video to go in my journey's book, which can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAXDhuNcrVo

My coursework book had the title of Journeys
To get started I created a written mind map

Along with this I also did a visual mind map

I created another written mind map on the section of the theme I wanted to look at.

These are the annotations of my shoot

I looked at photographer John Blaustein, and then created some response pictures

I then wanted to experiment with Photoshop and look into the aspect of time

I then looked at the style of John Stezaker and this was my response to his work.

I then looked into the journey of emotions and made a written mind map to document ideas

Things I changed: right eye, bottom half of nose, both left and right halves of mouth.

Things changed: Left eye, eyebrows, right ear, right half of mouth.

I then began experimenting with typography

I then documented my journey on holiday to Morocco

I then looked at David Hockney's Joiner collection and created a response to them.

This was my final piece, I created it by using dylon.

I then moved onto my exam book which was 'Order and Disorder'

These are the four boxes I made in my final exam

My final video can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05hs3nXcX2w
